Key Responsibilities

Own the architecture and evolution of the Core Customer Platform covering catalog, subscriptions, checkout, payments, and order management

Design and implement distributed systems that scale to millions of transactions, ensuring reliability and performance

Lead technical strategy for service decomposition, data modeling, and API design across multiple product domains

Required Qualifications

15+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in backend and distributed systems architecture

Proven track record in designing, building, and operating large-scale event-driven systems

Experience architecting core e-commerce or transactional platforms

Strong proficiency in microservice architectures and API design

Hands-on experience with cloud-native infrastructure and modern backend languages
