Direct Tax Manager

A company is looking for a Direct Tax Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the administration of US income tax compliance, audits, planning, forecasting, and accounting

Ensure global income tax compliance through effective calendar management

Strategize to reduce the corporate tax burden and its accounting impacts

Required Qualifications :

Deep knowledge of ASC 740 and US GAAP accounting

Relevant experience in a Global or Corporate Tax environment, or Public Accounting

Strong project management capabilities

Experience in tax provision preparation and review

Ability to foster team development through performance management and training
