A company is looking for a Director of Community Integration Strategic Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Design and lead strategies for healthcare and social service integration
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with community stakeholders
Oversee clinical initiatives addressing social determinants of health
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, health services, or related field
Seven years of experience in ADA / Olmstead integration, including four years in a supervisory role, or a Master's degree with five years of experience including two years in a supervisory role
Certified Care Management (NACCM, CCMC, ACCM) required within two years of hire
Experience with NC Medicaid Managed Care and marginalized populations
Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to disability services
