Established Private Practice Group is looking to hire a Family Medicine Physician in the Dayton, Ohio area!

Open to new graduates! Physician owned and physician led group with partnership opportunities!

Benefits and Features : Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits
  • Option to have a 3 Year partnership track - Earn $300,000 plus as a partner
  • Partnership Track :
  • Partnership Comp available at Year 2 - Typically 80-100K in bonuses;
  • Full Partnership at Year 3
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, life, disability, and 401k
  • Sign-on Bonus
  • Three weeks of PTO, One Week of Sick, One Week of CME

    • Your Role with the Company : Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician

  • Full-time position. 100% Outpatient Clinic Setting
  • 20 patients per day - NP / PA Assistance with Patient Volume
  • Group emphasizes quality over volume
  • Primary role is adult medicine. Group employs pediatricians for child care
  • Attend and participate in meetings and organization initiatives
  • Shared call between multiple providers

    • Background Profile : Family / Internal Medicine Physician

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Ability to have an Ohio Medical License
