What We're Looking For :

• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience (Ford or other major brand preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.
• Valid California driver's license and clean driving record.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a drive for success.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and / or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Payable Gross and Bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $48,200.00 - $158,700.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
