Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (NH focus)

Our practice is looking for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant with focus on a geriatric population.

Opportunity to work a hybrid role with a combination of nursing home and outpatient in an office setting.

Candidate must provide the full scope of primary care services with extensive past experience in a nursing home environment.

This is a fulltime opportunity with a generous compensation package.
