Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time speech-language pathologist is needed at an elementary school in Darlington, SC, to provide services from August 4, 2025, through the end of the school year. This contract position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of 56 students, delivering high-quality speech therapy in a supportive school environment.

Key Qualifications :

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience in healthcare and pediatric speech-language pathology
  • Eligibility or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred

Location :

  • Elementary school setting in Darlington, SC

    • Responsibilities :

  • Manage a caseload of 56 elementary students requiring speech and language intervention
  • Collaborate with one other SLP on staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and progress monitoring
  • Communicate effectively with educators, parents, and staff to support student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulations
