A company is looking for a Project Attorney, Transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project intake, staffing, workflow planning, budgeting, execution, documentation, and communication

Handle tasks such as due diligence, contract review, drafting, and audits for various transaction types

Collaborate with deal team attorneys, clients, and vendors to deliver exceptional outcomes

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor and admission to practice in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction

Two to six years of experience in project lead or supervisory roles

Significant eDiscovery experience, preferably with tech tools

Strong supervisory and team-building skills

Proficiency in spreadsheet and litigation support software
