Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including primary care, urgent care, and pain management. This role requires a strong commitment to patient well-being and the ability to work collaboratively within a medical office environment. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for diagnosing and treating health conditions, performing medical procedures, and educating patients about their health.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their health status and needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.

Perform medical procedures such as phlebotomy, medication administration, and Botulinum toxin treatments.

Provide urgent care services to patients with acute health issues.

Manage chronic pain through appropriate interventions and therapies.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

Educate patients on preventive care, healthy lifestyle choices, and disease management.

Utilize sonography techniques as needed for diagnostic purposes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Skills

Strong knowledge of pain management techniques and strategies.

Proficiency in primary care practices and urgent care protocols.

Experience in a medical office setting with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Skilled in phlebotomy and other clinical procedures.

Familiarity with Botulinum toxin treatment and esthetic laser treatment is a plus.

Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient care processes.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $45.00 - $49.00 per hour

KSA’s
? Must have completed an accredited nursing/nurse practitioner education program, and possess valid
Virginia license as a registered nurse, and licensed Family Nurse Practitioner with authorization to
prescribe.
? Knowledge of nursing, medicine, and pharmacology. Ability to work with minimum supervision.
? Ability to obtain a comprehensive health history, perform, and/or interpret results of diagnostic tests,
and utilize physical examination techniques.

? Possess strong verbal and written communicating skills. Ability to work with diverse cultural
backgrounds needed. Professional CPR/AED certification.
