Senior Quantitative Strategist

Egg Strategy is a strategic consulting agency dedicated to helping our clients find their true path forward. With creative rigor and genuine collaboration, we help uncover the truths that can inspire direction, change and transformation for our clients.

We do this through our expertise in brand strategy, innovation and consumer insight (both qualitative and quantitative) which we deploy across our three business verticals of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Health and Lifestyle.

We currently have offices in Denver and New York City, and will consider candidates open to hybrid work in one of these offices or remote in some locations (candidates located in CA or MA will not be considered).

JOB DESCRIPTION

We're seeking a Quantitative Senior Strategist.

This person will have a demonstrable track record of quantitative market research experience and hands-on project management grounded in a deep passion for scoping out, crafting, guiding and delivering actionable insights focused on brand strategy.

Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience on the client and / or consulting side and have the presence to lead savvy clients in the understanding and implications of our work.

Job Duties include :

• Taking data to the next level by identifying insights, drawing conclusions and making strategic recommendations to clients for brand growth and innovation opportunities - and using data to tell a story and bring these recommendations to life
• Day-to-day project and team leadership for a diverse set of brand strategy projects, overseeing all phases of quantitative survey research, including methodology and questionnaire design, presentation writing and delivery, and client management and relationship-building
• Establishing scope for projects, writing proposals, establishing timelines and ensuring that projects stay on track across these dimensions once the study is sold.
• Working. Closely with our Director of Analytics on refining the inputs and outputs for a number of advanced statistical methodologies.
