About Us

Mishas Cupcakes is a growing bakery brand known for our delicious fresh cupcakes and desserts made with love and delivered daily to our retail stores wholesale partners and vending machine locations across South Florida. Were looking for a Distribution Manager to oversee our delivery operations drivers and vehicle maintenance to ensure all products reach their destinations safely efficiently and on time.

What Youll Do

  • Oversee daily delivery routes to stores wholesale clients (supermarkets restaurants) and vending locations (airport malls universities).
  • Manage train and support delivery drivers to ensure safe efficient and on-time deliveries.
  • Plan routes monitor timecards and review driver performance.
  • Conduct and schedule vehicle maintenance including checking fluid levels tires and lights and ensuring all vans are clean and fueled.
  • Coordinate with service vendors for repairs and inspections.
  • Complete weekly store walk-throughs (US1 LS PP) to check refrigerators (below 42F) freezers (below 32F) and display cases.
  • Replace light bulbs and ensure store equipment is in good working order.
  • Oversee supply orders deliveries to stores and organization by location.
  • Maintain detailed records for vehicle service maintenance logs and deliveries.
  • Promote safety teamwork and accountability among all drivers.

What Were Looking For

  • 3 years of experience in logistics delivery or fleet management.
  • Experience supervising drivers or coordinating multiple delivery routes.
  • Basic mechanical and maintenance knowledge.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Organized dependable and detail-oriented.
  • Valid drivers license (CDL a plus).
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and assisting with deliveries when needed.
