Job Details :

Work 3x12 day shifts from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM

Patient ratio of 1 : 4

Every other weekend requirement

No on-call responsibilities

May float within scope to meet facility needs and between like units / sister facilities

2 years of experience required

First-time travelers accepted

South Carolina license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start

Required certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS

Preferred certification : TNCC

Previous charge experience required

Royal blue scrubs required

Epic charting system

Free parking provided

Care for patients of all age groups : neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

Handle approximately 80 visits per day in 27-room emergency department

Work with diverse patient population with variety of care needs

24-hour orientation provided

Holiday rotation as needed

Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

Must complete non-billable modules averaging 4 hours pre-start

Hurricane season emergency response team assignment possible June through November

This short-term acute care hospital features 97 staffed beds and provides comprehensive emergency department services. The facility offers extensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary services. The emergency department is equipped with modern technology and maintains high standards for patient care across all age groups.
