A company is looking for a Coordinator Medical Coding / Claims (Remote) in Pediatrics Central Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Queries providers and collaborates with Pediatrics Coding Supervisors on coder and physician education
Assists in training new coders and performs scheduled and ad-hoc coder audits
Resolves Epic edits and assists with appeal requests to ensure accurate and timely billing
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent education and experience
Relevant experience of 2 to 3 years in medical coding, claims processing, or billing practices
Certification as a Certified Coding Associate (CCA) or similar coding certification
Ability to use various coding and claims systems
No driver's license required for this position
