Job Description

The Superintendent IV is responsible for managing all construction activities on complex to highly complex projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, budget, and schedule. This role requires exceptional leadership to coordinate, plan, and supervise craft superintendents, contractors, and craft activities. The Superintendent IV will oversee multiple discipline superintendents and scopes of work ranging from $20MM to $50MM in direct construction, with minimal guidance from senior leadership.

Candidates must be willing to travel as project needs require.

• Directly manage construction activities to meet specifications, budget, and schedule
• Lead complex to highly complex projects
