REPORTS TO: Head Swim Team Coach and Aquatic Center Coordinators
JOB SUMMARY:
Working under the direction of the Head Swim Team Coach, the assistant Swim Team Coach will be responsible for coaching the Lincolnwood Lightning swim team at the Proesel Park Family Aquatic Center.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The wage range for this position is $16.50-$17.50 per hour. This position is seasonal and does not qualify for benefits.

This position requires the following.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to properly fill out incident and accident reports as well be able to communicate in an emergency situation.
REASONING ABILITIES:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
