Job Description

HIRING FOR 2ND AND 3RD SHIFTS. 2ND SHIFT WORK HOURS TYPICALLY 4 PM TO 1AM. 3RD SHIFT WORK HOURS TYPICALLY 11 PM TO 8AM.

\n \n

  • Maintain, repair, and perform evaluations and preventative and predictive maintenance on refrigeration systems according to PM List and instructed by leadership.

\n

  • Monitor system performance.

    • \n

  • Replace components within the refrigeration's system, with safe LOTO procedures and in accordance with PSM program.

    • \n

  • Troubleshoot equipment and recommend corrective action.

    • \n

  • Complete work orders and PMs ensuring all performed work is logged into the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) (APSM) daily.

    • \n

  • Operate, maintain and troubleshoot ammonia refrigeration compressors, condensers, pumps, vessels, re-circulators, purgers, evaporators, valves, etc.

    • \n

  • All other relevant duties to the job.

    • \n \n

  • RETA 1, or equivalent industrial ammonia refrigeration training such as Stellar, Frick, Lanier / GCAP, or employer training program

    • \n

  • 1+ year experience operating and maintaining Ammonia Refrigeration systems required.

    • \n

  • 1+ year experience with electrical low and high voltage circuits required.

    • \n

  • Strong math skills and technically savvy.
