Direct Support Professional (DSP)

NEW HIRE SIGN ON BONUS:
$250 AFTER 90 DAYS
Additional $250 AFTER 6 MONTHS

AVAILABLE PROGRAM POSITIONS:

DAY SUPPORT:$14 - $15/Hour - 7am - 7pm / Mon-Fri & Every other weekend / Flexible schedules also available

RESIDENTIAL: $15 - $16/Hour - 7a - 7p or 7p - 7a shifts available, with 4 days on & 3 days off, part time hours available, alternating weekends.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT: $14 - $15/Hour - 8am - 4pm / Mon - Fri & Every other weekend / Flexible schedules also available

Duties:

• Responsible for assisting with the physical care, guidance and supervision of Intellectually Disabled individuals in the Day support, Residential setting and out in the Community.
• Performs activities and duties to help individuals develop acceptable habits and attitudes; helps the individuals meet the outcomes of any service or behavioral plan; insures daily needs and health and safety of the individual are met; assist individuals with daily hygiene and personal living skills; complete data collection in accord with person centered plan; responds quickly and appropriately to unpredictable behavior and circumstances. Other duties as required. If you are a caregiver, this is the position for you.
• Our Community Engagement and Community Coaching program gives individuals the opportunity to participate in community activities like training, volunteering, and other activities to build their independence and social skills
• People with Behavioral Health Tech, Behavioral Health Aid, PCA, and CNA experience are encouraged to apply.
• REQUIREMENTS:
• ACTIVE AND UP TO DATE DRIVER'S LICENSE
• High school diploma, GED, or 2 Years of documented experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities, Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Special Ed, etc.
• DMV record and Social Security Card
• Must pass criminal background investigation
• Must be fully Vaccinated
