Adaptable to new technology and evolving client needs. Competitive Base Pay : Starting at $25.00 per hour equivalent to 52K per year. n) Plus, monthly and annual bonuses, once licensed. Earn an extra 6K-18K or more per year based on sales. Most bonuses earned monthly, one bonus earned at year end. Some representative incomes exceed 70K annually. What You'll Do :
- Be a Customer Champion : You'll be the friendly voice and helpful guide for our policyholders, answering questions about coverage, managing policy changes, and assisting with claims and billing.
- Grow Our Community : Proactively develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify client needs to offer the best State Farm products and services.
- Build Lasting Relationships : Cultivate trust and rapport with clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported through consistent follow-up.
