Seeking a Chief of Anesthesia to join an incredible team in West Palm Beach!Highlights of this opportunity includes:-Anesthesia Care team is comprised of 19 physicians and 27 CRNA's-17 weeks off annually-No OB, Pediatrics or Trauma-Annual Case count approximately 18,500-Dedicated Cardiac Team-No in-house call. Physicians rotate back up call, call back is rar-Cardiac capable desired but not requiredIn addition to clinical responsibilities, the Chief position includes, but is not limited to, the following non-clinical duties:Developing a solid, qualified care team of anesthesiologists, CRNAs and CAAsSupervising departmental staff and providing ongoing evaluation of anesthesia skills and job performance.Fostering a positive collaborative work environment and managing relationships with surgeons, members of the medical staff, administration, OR leadership as well as the anesthesia team.Assisting the facility and providing leadership in the management of Perioperative Services.Establishing and maintaining policies and procedures pertinent to the conduct of anesthesia care, including follow up care and integrating best practices and standards of clinical care into departmental practice.For more information please contact Clinical Recruiter, Craig Cassidyat:469-967-9331 or craig.cassidy@envisionhealth.comBenefits:...
