About the Role

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to support the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). This role will provide program and project management support across mission-focused initiatives that strengthen U.S. security cooperation efforts with partner nations. The Project Manager will work closely with government stakeholders technical teams and cross-functional partners to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with DSCA objectives.

This is a remote position with occasional travel as required by the mission

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects in support of DSCA programs ensuring alignment with scope schedule budget and performance objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between government stakeholders Redhorse leadership and project teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans schedules risk registers and status reports.
• Track deliverables milestones and dependencies across internal and external teams.
• Identify risks and issues early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support program planning execution and performance tracking in accordance with federal standards.
• Facilitate meetings prepare briefings and document action items and decisions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements policies and reporting expectations.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and best practices across the program.
