California Employment Counsel

A company is looking for an Employment and Litigation Support Counsel in CA, FL, or IL.

Key Responsibilities

Advise on labor and employment law, including employee relations, performance management, and wage issues

Manage labor and employment claims and grievances, driving disputes to rapid resolutions

Conduct internal investigations and provide legal input for responses to agency charges

Required Qualifications

Active U.S. state bar membership in good standing

3+ years of employment law experience with litigation management experience

In-depth knowledge of U.S. labor and employment laws

Ability to analyze complex employment laws and provide effective counsel

Flexibility for up to 20% business-related travel
