About the Opportunity
The firm is looking for a mid- to senior-level Structural BIM Drafter / Modeler or BIM Manager. This individual will develop, organize, and maintain detailed 3D structural models and construction documentation using Revit. You will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed 3D structural BIM models in Revit for residential and commercial projects
Produce accurate, well-organized structural drawings, plans, and details based on engineering markups and design sketches
Set up and manage Revit project templates, views, sheets, and worksets for efficient project delivery
Coordinate models with architects and consultants to identify and resolve clashes and constructability issues
Ensure drawings and models comply with internal BIM standards and project-specific requirements
Assist structural engineers with revisions, RFIs, and permit submittals, incorporating comments from building departments and clients
Support the improvement of BIM workflows, standards, and content libraries
Provide guidance and support to junior drafters as needed
Required Qualifications
Experience in structural / BIM drafting using Revit on residential and / or commercial projects
Knowledge of structural building systems and construction practices
Proficiency in Revit, Excel, and Google Suite
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings with strong attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay range : $30 / hr - $45 / hr (DOE)
