• BC / BE OBGYN
• Established, reputable private practice with multiple location dedicated to fostering an environment of worklife balance to ensure the satisfaction and longevity of the providers.
• Compassionate practice environment where dignified patient care is the highest priority
• 2530+ patients per day depending on location
• 8 calls per month. Call is taken from home, covers just one hospital, and only the practices patients
• Providers are never on call when in clinic
• NextGen EMR in clinic
• Latest technology including robotic surgery
• $400,000 to start, $405 in yr 2, 425 yr 3
• 15 days vacation, 5 CME days, 5 sick days
• Alternative option for an oncall only provider : 15 days of call per month; $381,000 in year 1, $393 in year 2, $406 in year 3
