AMMA provides high value add products of dielectric substrates for high frequency electronics such as, 5G, Automotive Radar, High Speed Telecom, and Aerospace & Avionics Radar / Communication industries. Required Safety Equipment / Training AGC follows all required OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standard industry guidelines in-regards to the use of personal protective equipment and safety training required for the specific job function. Steel-toed shoes required for this position. The physical and environmental categories described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to safely and successfully, perform the essential functions of this position. Physical / Environmental Requirements May be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. Ability to Stand, walk, sit, use of hands to handle, feel, or grasp objects, tools, or controls. Reach and lift with hands and arms; lift / move / carry objects up to 25 lbs. in weight. Climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, and / or crouch. Ability to talk and hear for safety on the production floor. Visual ability to see things in close vision, distance vison, color vision, peripheral vison, depth perception and ability to adjust focus as needed. (AMMA) is seeking Production Associates to help develop and manufacture Copper Clad Laminates (CCL) for electronics that use fast signals, such as 5G phones, car radars, internet connections, and communication systems for planes and spaceships.
Overall, the Production Associate will play a crucial role in shaping the future of communication by helping to manufacture the latest and greatest Copper Clad Laminates for high-speed electronics.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Key Responsibilities : Operate machinery and assist in the production process Assemble materials and equipment Ensure finished products meet quality standards Transport raw materials, lift, carry, and move heavy loads as required Cross-train in other departments and be used as needed based on business demand Pass annual certifications and receive OSHA training for personal protective equipment and safety training Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift 50 pounds or more Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and fumes.
- The ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively in the English language.
