CPA Senior Accounting Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager who will oversee the integrity of financials and lead the monthly close process.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of financial statements and lead the monthly close process

Manage high-judgment areas including revenue recognition, payroll, and stock-based compensation

Collaborate with external tax advisors and support corporate tax filings and audits

Required Qualifications

CPA with a strong audit foundation, preferably from a Big 4 or large regional firm

4+ years of progressive accounting experience in B2B SaaS

Experience with subscription-based ASC 606 revenue recognition and technical areas

Proven ability to lead the monthly close process end-to-end

Fluency with accounting systems and experience in system configuration and integrations
