We have developed a detailed sales approach which provides our sales force with a proactive toolbox of customer focused techniques that showcase our expertise in system design and optimization. We are looking for a dynamic leader to be our Sales Manager in our Atlanta Branch location. We need a manager with the tactical and coaching skills to help us substantially increase our share of the US Compressed air market. Previous experience in sales management and / or industrial sales is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

The selected candidate will :

• Utilize the 360 Selling Model to develop strong Territory Managers.
• Execute growth plans to increase Kaeser market share in assigned branch territory.
• Create sales opportunities by systematically applying compressed air design principles.
• Execute national sales strategies to achieve consistent growth in sales revenue.
