Key Responsibilities :

Administer prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment efficiently and safely

Follow individualized care plans designed to meet each resident’s unique needs

Perform clinical duties such as wound care, treatments, and other nursing procedures

Accurately document all observations, interventions, and resident evaluations

Uphold resident confidentiality and protect sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA policies

Qualifications :

Valid LPN license in the State of Florida required

Previous experience in skilled nursing preferred but not mandatory
