MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Manager to join our team onsite in Norfolk, VA. This is an onsite position. Join the Navy's Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) program and contribute to the evolution of warfighter readiness. We provide critical engineering and technical expertise for the U.S. Navy's premier Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) training capability. Our work involves seamlessly integrating live training with synthetic systems to create highly realistic and complex global training environments. We also drive the development of advanced representations for joint, theater, and national systems, and model new weapons technologies and emerging threats, ensuring our forces are prepared for any challenge.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Lead and coordinate the scoping, technical requirements gathering, estimating, and planning for single or multiple projects or work streams
• Coordinate systems development for major applications, define project requirements including information and data needs, business analysis and programming
• Coordinate all meetings and interface with business units, staff and service providers
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end while defining the project scope, goals and deliverables
• Determine if external consultants or contractors should be added to the internal project and / or development team(s) in order to successfully complete the project
• Daily management and coordination of all technical and logistical aspects of a project including timelines, risks, risk mitigation strategies, action items and change requests
