Data Entry Clerk - Payment Processing

Location : Seminole, FL 33777 This position is onsite

Pay : $20.00

Hours : M-F 8-5, between 35-40 hours weekly

Type : Contract to Hire

Job duties :

  • Sort, open, organize, process and input Lockbox remittance with high degree of accuracy and efficiency
  • Package processed remittance for client and / or bank delivery
  • Ensure accounts are consistently processed according to client specifications
  • Maintain established production and accuracy standards
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor and / or Site Manager
  • Must be flexible for other duties as assigned : As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles / departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required

Requirements :

  • 1+ year of payment processing experience and lockbox experience
  • Ability to work in fast paced, high productivity and deadline oriented environment.
  • Requires the ability to read and follow instructions.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must be proficient using 10-key pad
  • Must have basic math skills.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • High school diploma required
  • Background check required
  • Drug screening required
