PlayRx is a Therapist Owned and Therapist Led Pediatric Therapy Company!  We have created a beautiful marriage between patient care and employee care!

We are looking for an OTR or COTA to fill our open employment position at PlayRx Pediatric Therapy.

Job Duties

  • Evaluate and treat developmental delay and other developmental diagnoses in patients aged birth to 21.
  • Supervise COTA staff if OTR
  • Comfortable documentation deadlines
  • Enhance the culture, vision, and mission of PlayRx by being compassionate, caring, innovative, and creative.
  • Potential for promotion into open PlayRx Leadership positions following demonstration of commitment to the PlayRx Difference!

  • Yearly Company Schedule for Bonus (higher rate for Tx hours over monthly threshold) or Flex (pre-work hours that are applied to 4 different weeks that we know will be stressed for attendance in daycare / clinic).

Bi-weekly staff meetings where concerns are heard and taken to the problem solving board by PlayRx Leadership.
