• Schedule : Part-time or full-time, 50 : 50 / clinic : OR
• Clinic : Audiology in house, AI in house, 60 primary care referral base
• Hospital : Level II trauma, 24 : 7 hospitalist service, 21 bed ICU, 34K ED encounters
• Surgical support : Neurosurgery, thoracic surgery, general surgery, diagnostic, urology, orthopedic
• EMR : Epic
• Required : Board certified or board eligible with Illinois license
