Circulating OR RN Requirements & Schedule Must have a minimum of 5 years of hospital experience as a Circulating OR RN. Must have at least 1 year of travel nursing experience in a hospital setting. Schedule consists of 4 10-hour shifts per week. Shift start times vary based on the OR schedule and may begin as early as 05 : 45 or as late as 08 : 00. The 10-hour shift duration begins at the assigned start time. Candidate must be willing to take up to 5 weekday on-call shifts per month (16 : 30-07 : 00). One weekend on-call shift per month is required (Saturday 07 : 00 through Monday 07 : 00). Holiday on-call shifts are also required.
