As a regional manager, you will be instrumental in cultivating a culture of teamwork, respect, and excellence within your assigned market. Your role will involve leading a diverse team, ensuring operational quality, managing financial performance, and expanding service delivery. You will also engage with health system stakeholders and provide direct patient care when necessary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop a team of leaders, overseeing approximately 200 members, including EMTs, Paramedics, and support staff.
• Ensure the execution of quality operations through daily communication, oversight, and evaluation.
• Manage the P&L for your location, ensuring adherence to policies and processes.
• Drive balanced growth by expanding the customer base and service delivery within the market.
• Interface daily with health system stakeholders and perform direct ALS and BLS patient care activities as needed.
• Oversee a 24 / 7 operation, requiring flexibility and availability outside of normal business hours to provide leadership support.
• Serve on committees with other departments as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
