[job_card.job_description]The Cardiac Device Clinic Specialist / RN provides quality cardiac rhythm device services to patients throughout the Aspirus Heart Institute service area. Identifies opportunities to improve patient experience and participates in projects / programs designed to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction. Demonstrates competence in device interrogation and interpretation, analyzes results, and communicates those results to physicians. Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire. Active RN License (Required). Successful completion of the IBHRE Certification Examination for Competency in Cardiac Rhythm Device Therapy desired within 3 years of hire. Knowledge of ECG interpretive skills, cardiac clinical assessment, and routine cardiovascular pharmacological agents. Is this candidate a 1099? Does this candidate require any time off during the initial assignment? If yes, please list dates in comments section. Previous cardiac related experience? (preferred) BLS - American Heart IBHRE? (required) ACLS? (preferred) Knowledge of the technological aspects of devices i.e., pulse generators, leads & electrodes, sensing, stimulation, and defibrillation concepts? Completion of ECG class? (required)
