About the Role

Are you passionate about working outdoors and creating well-manicured lawns? Join our team as a Mowing Crew Member at DMS Landscaping! As a Mowing Crew Member, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for maintaining the lawns and grounds of our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mow and edge lawns to perfection, ensuring a consistent appearance
  • Trim hedges, trees, and shrubs to maintain a neat and uniform look
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency
  • Clean and maintain work areas, ensuring they are free from debris
  • Assist with the installation of sod, flower beds, and other landscape features
  • Perform routine maintenance on landscaping tools and equipment
  • Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in landscaping or mowing is preferred, but not required - we are willing to train the right individual
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    • FINAL COMPENSATION AMOUNT WILL BE BASED OFF OF LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE
