A company is looking for a Junior IT Service Desk Analyst on a contract-to-hire basis.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for IT support requests and manage the Jira ticket queue
Provision and manage user accounts, groups, and licenses in Microsoft 365 and Entra
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for various devices and support collaboration tools
Required Qualifications and Training
2+ years of experience in an IT help desk, service desk, or systems administration role
Practical administration experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID
Experience managing endpoints with Microsoft Intune or similar platforms
Familiarity with Zoom, Slack, and ticketing systems like Jira
Comfortable working independently and knowing when to escalate issues
