Job Title : Registered Nurse Case Manager

Valid State Nursing License required

Experience with Epic charting system

Two supervisor references required

Description :

The role involves managing oncology patients and associated diagnoses.

Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of case management experience.

A minimum of one year of oncology experience is also required.

Ability to work in an ambulatory setting is preferred.

Daily patient census ranges from 25 to 35.

The position is primarily scheduled for Monday through Friday during the day shift.

Travel compliance includes no background hits accepted.

Requests for time off are limited and must be specified upon application.

Certifications must be in hand when applying.

Crisis Prevention Institute certification is required.

Epic experience must be detailed in the applicant's work history.
