Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a strategic training plan for recruitment teams
Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment events, managing logistics and promotional efforts
Utilize data analytics tools to track recruitment metrics and evaluate training effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or completion of a program of 18+ months after high school; Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and enrollment management principles
Proven project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using enrollment management software
