Now Hiring : Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) | Full-Time | Bronx and Westchester, NY

What You’ll Do :

• Coordinate Personalized Plans : Develop and implement individualized plans for each client, including Staff Action Plans, Individual Plans of Protective Oversight (IPOP), Personal Expenditure Plans, Money Management Assessments, and Levels of Supervision.
• Lead Interdisciplinary Teams (IDT) : Facilitate team meetings to ensure that clients receive quality active treatment and that their needs are met holistically.
• Monitor Progress : Track and evaluate the progress of clients’ goals and achievements, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Ensure Compliance : Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic records and ensure all documentation is in compliance with OPWDD (Office for People With Developmental Disabilities) regulations.
• Support Independence : Assist clients in gaining independence with life skills, social interactions, and other personal goals.
• Provide Input for Training Programs : Help develop and implement training programs for staff and clients, monitoring progress and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For :

Job Details : Primary Location : 32 Warren Avenue, Tarrytown, NY Schedule : Monday–Friday (Full-Time, 40 hrs / week); flexibility required for occasional evenings and weekends. Travel Required : Must be willing to travel between IAHD programs in Westchester and the Bronx.
