Electrician (Day Shift)

Synerfac is seeking an Industrial Electrician to work the dayshift for our client in Virginia Beach VA. Our client provides on site power integration for large scale centers.

Responsibilities :

• Install new or modified electrical installations consistent with local and national codes.
• Plan electrical installations to minimize waste of materials provide access for future maintenance and avoid unsightly hazardous and unreliable wiring
• Follow diagrams blueprints and interrupt specifications
• Application and knowledge of journeyman electrician level skills in the installation and repair of electrical systems and associated activities which may include the application of some mechanical knowledge to diagnose repair needs for air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment or other equipment as necessary.
• Perform related work as assigned or specified in project drawings customer specification or project requirement.
• Maintain all work sites clean and in order
• Demonstrate safe work habits and proper care of equipment and tools
• Complete all required paperwork
• Work from all types of step ladders frame ladders and all size extension ladders.
• Adhere to all safe work procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook Haz-Com Policy and Lockout / Tag out Policy and Confined Space policy
• 4 years of electrical experience
• Extensive skills and knowledge in bending conduits
• Valid Drivers License
