[job_card.job_description]Strong SQL Server skills for data extraction, transformation, normalization, and backend database work Experience with Apricot / Bonterra or similar CRM / database platforms, including data importing, mapping, and validation Proficiency in data cleaning, mapping, and quality assurance for migration projects Ability to build and modify database forms and fields to support program and reporting requirements Experience creating and delivering training materials and supporting staff with varying technical skill levels Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau or similar for reporting, data validation, and visualization Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot data issues and ensure accuracy Clear and accessible communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users Collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a mission-focused environment Ability to work within a hybrid schedule to review legacy systems and coordinate with / train staff
Data Analyst (Bonterra / Apricot)
Hybrid 1 day / week in San Francisco
This Data Analyst will be :
- Leading migration of multiple legacy databases into Bonterra / Apricot, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Collaborating with internal staff and working closely with team to understand existing legacy databases
- Extracting, cleaning, mapping, and validating complex datasets across multiple programs
- Building or modifying forms and fields in Apricot / Bonterra to support unified reporting and program needs
- Managing end-to-end data lifecycle activities including extraction, transformation, loading, QA, troubleshooting, and verification
- Training and supporting non-technical staff in learning and adopting the new database system
- Developing reports and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to validate migrated data and support organizational reporting
Ideal Skills / Experience :
Contract Talent The salary range for this position is 45 / hr to 53 / hr. Benefits available to contract / temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
