E&S Compliance Manager

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager (E&S Insurance).

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day compliance operations for the E&S insurance business

Oversee surplus lines reporting, DOI compliance, and licensing management

Track regulatory changes and coordinate implementation activities with internal teams

Required Qualifications

4-7 years of compliance experience in the insurance industry, preferably in E&S / surplus lines

Strong understanding of surplus lines regulation and state DOI requirements

Experience managing or mentoring compliance staff preferred

Experience with compliance technology tools and workflow automation

Bonus : Experience with contract review or legal exposure
