Follow weekly lesson plans based on Learning Beyond Paper curriculum and monthly themes. Meet individual needs of children through interactive play, exploration, and learning. Communicate professionally with parents and staff. Create a positive, engaging classroom environment that inspires a love of learning. Plan and implement activities that foster self-esteem, social skills, and independence. Use observation and assessment tools to track each child’s growth. Commit to ongoing professional development.
