The facility features full cath lab capabilities, a dedicated cardiothoracic surgical service suite, and a fully staffed clinic with RNFA and APP coverage, ensuring comprehensive cardiac care for the community.

Board Certified - Cardiothoracic Surgery

Job Details :

• Temporary coverage from November 24, 2025, to February 27, 2026
• Schedule : Monday to Friday with weekend coverage
• Provide cardiothoracic surgical services for cardiovascular and trauma cases
• Average caseload of 5 patients per day
• Perform procedures including aneurysm repairs, thoracic surgery, arterial bypass procedures
• Handle peripheral vascular procedures, abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) repairs, and bypass surgery
• Electronic Medical Record system : Cerner
• On-call responsibilities included in the schedule
• Must have active Michigan license (REQUIRED)
• Board Certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery (REQUIRED)
• Clean background with no malpractice history (REQUIRED)
• Local to Michigan candidates are highly preferred
• Coverage needed due to recruitment gap

Compensation :

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
