[job_card.job_description]Patient Demographics : Adults requiring kidney care Dialysis Volume : Approx. 70 patients (50 hemodialysis, 20 peritoneal dialysis) Admissions : Yes Rounding : Yes Case Mix : Chronic kidney disease, dialysis management, inpatient nephrology consultations No. of Beds in Department : 17-bed ICU; 268-bed hospital Dialysis Center : Local 20-chair dialysis center ICU Coverage : 24 / 7 hospitalist and ICU support Equipment : CRRT available Support Staff Available : 1 Physician and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APRs) Hospital Privileges Required : Yes Salary : Negotiable, competitive base salary plus production bonus Bonuses : Commencement bonus Relocation : Assistance provided Loan Repayment : Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Insurance : - Professional Liability Insurance - Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance Retirement Plan : Included Paid Time Off (PTO) : Included Continuing Medical Education (CME) : Allowance included REQUIRED PROCEDURES Hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis patient management Inpatient nephrology consultation ICU kidney support including CRRT management Licenses : Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain) Certifications : Board Certified / Board Eligible in Nephrology DEA Visa Accepted : J-1 or H-1B Experience : Open to new graduates Other Qualifications : - Strong interest in comprehensive nephrology care - Excellent collaboration and patient communication skills Provide outpatient and inpatient nephrology services Oversee dialysis care for HD and
