    • What we are looking for :

    We need Maintenance Technicians who :

  • Have either :

    • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) AND at least two years of maintenance experience

  • OR -

    • At least one year of relevant experience AND six months of specific training in one of the following trades : Electricity; HVAC; Plumbing / Fitting; Welding / Fabricating; or Carpentry.

  • Have a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and access to a registered and insured vehicle for frequent and regular travel between communities.
  • Are able to effectively interact with residents and team members.
