Responsibilities:

- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues and needs are resolved.

- Gather customer feedback and report common issues to management for continuous improvement.
- Support customers such as order processing, account information, and troubleshooting assistance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role preferred.
