FLEET COORDINATOR
Boscovs Distribution Center is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage our leased and owned vehicles (vans autos trailers). Youll handle everything from invoicing maintenance tolls and fuel cards to driver records and preventive maintenance tracking. This role involves heavy data entry expense coding and vendor communication. This role includes additional responsibilities as required during periods of high volume and staffing.
JOB FUNCTIONS / MAJOR TASKS
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain fleet records & master vehicle database
- Process and code invoices (leasing maintenance tolls fuel)
- Oversee EZ-Pass and Sunoco card programs
- Track preventive maintenance & schedule service
- Serve as driver liaison for fleet needs
- Support cross-functional transportation tasks (BOLs check runs etc.)
