The Cultivation Sanitation Technician maintains the cleanliness, and sterilization of all the grow room equipment. The entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn and grow with the Company from the ground up, and to take on increasing levels of responsibility over time. This role will report directly to the IPEM Lead / supervisor and work on-site at our facility in Riverbank, Ca.

Responsibilities

• Clean grow tables and grow rooms after flower room harvests, and vegetative transplant and assist in daily sanitation protocols to ensure a sterile growing environment is maintained.
• Complete all the required logs and documentation.
• Secure designated areas, equipment and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, safe and tour ready facility.
• Wiping down racks, guard rails, and walls as necessary.
• Maintain continuous inventory of supplies and report needs to manager or lead.
• Restock supplies in common spaces as needed.
• Comply with all health and safety standards including those of the Organization, Public Health Department and other governing entities.
• Report unusual occurrences or damage.
• Other cultivation duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Physical Demands :

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach, bend, climb, stretch and lift up to 50 pounds. Requires the manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment and hand tools.

Work Environment :

This position involves a fair amount of manual labor which requires repetitive tasks. This position operates indoor which can reach different temperatures. This position may require working at heights up to or exceeding 10 feet. The site operates on weekends and holidays, and standard work hours may apply regardless of day or season.
