We are seeking a visionary Vice President of AI & Analytics to own the strategy, delivery, and commercial success of our integrated intelligent portfolio. Reporting directly to the CPO, you will define the core value proposition that continues our growth and transformation as the definitive enterprise data and AI platform choice for the enterprise. This executive role demands a leader with deep expertise in both AI systems and large-scale data analytics. You will be responsible for creating powerful, trusted solutions that dramatically increase customer value, using the database as the secure, scalable foundation for the next generation of GenAI applications. Your Impact Will Be :

• Define the Integrated Strategy : Architect and execute a clear, market-leading AI and Analytics strategy that seamlessly aligns with our overall growth objectives.
• Elevate Analytics as the AI Foundation : Lead the evolution of our high-performance data and analytics offerings (data warehousing, lakehouse connectivity, data acceleration) to ensure they serve as the trusted, scalable foundation for all AI and machine learning workloads.
• Drive Commercial Results : Own the strategy for developing and launching AI-powered products and features that directly address critical customer pain points and deliver clear, measurable business outcomes and commercial success.
• Be the Industry Evangelist : Become a highly visible and authoritative leader in the AI, Analytics and database communities. Represent EDB at executive and media events, building our reputation as a definitive Data and AI innovator.
• Build Strategic Alliances : Cultivate deep relationships within the Postgres OSS Community, AI researchers, analysts, and technology partners to ensure EDB remains at the forefront of AI and data advancements.
• Lead and Inspire Teams : Partner closely with Engineering and Sales to accelerate product delivery. Mentor, inspire, and grow a high-performing product management team, championing a culture of data-driven creativity and continuous innovation.
